Employee Appreciation Picnic
Date: Wednesday, April 20, 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. Location: Campus Quad
Join us as we celebrate all employees of Íæż½ã½ã and give back to our community! The annual Employee Appreciation Picnic will be filled with food, games, sno-cones, a caricature artist, a selfie station and more! Be sure to bring a non-perishable food item to the picnic to be donated to the Wesley Foundation’s Cardinal Food Pantry here on campus as well as a children’s book to be donated to the Caldwell Elementary School Cardinal NEST.

Literature Review Workshop
Date: Thursday, April 21, 12-1:30 p.m. Location: Landes Auditorium - Galloway building/ virtual via Zoom
The Office of Undergraduate Studies will host a workshop focused on assisting students in developing their research strategy to align with the SURF grant proposal. The content of the workshop addresses general strategies in running a literature review on topics across all academic areas using our library resources. Guests can also join the workshop .

Due to the scheduled yearly Disaster Recovery Systems Test, the Íæż½ã½ã Banner system will experience intermittent outages between 5:00 p.m. Friday, April 22 through 5:00 p.m. Sunday, April 24. Self Service Banner (SSB) and Internet Native Banner (INB) will be periodically unavailable during this window.
The following services also will be periodically unavailable during this time:

COVID-19 Vaccines Available
Free COVID-19 vaccines (Moderna and Pfizer) are available at the Student Health Center to all Íæż½ã½ã/LIT students, faculty and staff. You must register for an appointment.
The Student Health Center is also offering COVID-19 booster vaccines for eligible students, faculty and staff for Íæż½ã½ã and LIT campuses. Eligibility criteria can be found on the CDC website. Please fill out the registration form for an appointment.
