Human Resources Benefits Enrollment Opens
Summer enrollment for employee benefits will be open from July 4 through July 16. This is your chance to enroll in or make changes to your benefits with Íæż½ã½ã and ERS (Employee Retirement System of Texas).
Visit the summer enrollment page to stay updated and informed with your employee benefits through ERS. Register for a variety of webinars through ERS that will help you understand your benefits and walk you through the enrollment process.
Mark your calendar for on-site vendor visits scheduled for July 6, 2022 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Setzer Student Center.

CMMS Now Accepting Proposal Applications for Its FY2023 Research Grant Competition

Fiscal Year-End 2022 Procedures & Dates
Íæż½ã½ã year end processes ensure that the university’s business is conducted in full compliance with state laws and policies. Fiscal Year (FY) 2022 ends on Aug. 31 and the deadlines for year-end processes will ensure that expenditures made during the year will be charged appropriately. Learn more about Procurement Services.

HR Recruiting Group Email Rollout
Human Resources would like to announce the rollout of a group email for the recruiting team! Moving forward, you will be able to submit recruiting-related requests and documents to HRRecruiting@lamar.edu. This will help streamline communications while reducing confusion about to who reach out to when a recruiting need arises!
Below is a short list of items that can be sent to the recruiting group email, including but not limited to: • F3.1 requests • Position open/close requests • Offer requests • Hiring packets • Scoring matrices • Questions for recruitment updates • Questions regarding the recruitment process

COVID-19 Vaccines Available
Free COVID-19 vaccines (Moderna and Pfizer) are available at the Student Health Center to all Íæż½ã½ã/LIT students, faculty and staff. You must register for an appointment.
The Student Health Center is also offering COVID-19 booster vaccines for eligible students, faculty and staff for Íæż½ã½ã and LIT campuses. Eligibility criteria can be found on the CDC website. Please fill out the registration form for an appointment.
