The public is invited to an opening reception at the Dishman Art Museum for KVÍæż½ã½ã: Rewind…In Pictures, Friday, July 12 from 2 to 4 p.m. This exhibit features archival photographs and memorabilia that highlight the early days (and people) of KVÍæż½ã½ã long before computer automation and digital media.

Join Spindletop Boomtown Museum for an evening of live music by Jamie Talbert, food, and local artist vendors at Boomtown Summer Serenade. Íæż½ã½ã students will receive a free food voucher with a valid student ID.

Starting Summer 2024, Íæż½ã½ã will begin using a new student course evaluation system from Watermark. Students will receive an email inviting them to participate. Special Events Crew positions are . This is an extra pay work opportunity available to all full-time Íæż½ã½ã employees. Earn extra cash ($25/hour flat rate) by helping with Íæż½ã½ã-related work after hours and weekends. We need your help with set up, moving, and take down across campus.

Payroll Announcement:

Timesheets for pay period 8/3/2024 - 8/16/2024 are due on regularly scheduled deadlines. Timesheets for pay period 8/17/2024 - 8/30/2024 will be due early due to campus closure on 9/2/24. Bi-weekly employees must enter timesheets by 11:59 p.m. Supervisors must approve by 2:00 p.m.
