Where are We?

Image of front desk COGS If you have dropped by Wimberly Building lately, you may noticed that we in the College of Graduate Studies (COGS) are not not in our offices. Our offices are being renovated right now (yay). Dr. Dockens, Kristan Traxler, our Coordinator, and I are secreted in the Digital Learning Center (DLC) across the street from the Reaud Administration Building. But we remain available to you with just a phone call to us (409-880-8229) for an appointment since the DLC requires entry by permission.

In the meantime, we are working on our recruitment activities and 3rd Annual research conference coming up Feb 12 , processing forms with our new streamlined submittable forms, offering assistance to our faculty members, and guiding our thesis and dissertation students who are in their last semester. When the time comes, we will have an office warming to welcome you all back to our usual space.

We want to remind you that Íæż½ã½ã is a member of the national organization the Council of Graduate Schools, which provides data and resources devloped across the many participating institutions of higher education  inthe United States. We are committed to your success.

Keep an eye on our blog as we will cover many topics of interest to you as the year moves forward.

Thanks, Dr. Latimer
