Íæż½ã½ã LEAD is an engaging and interactive leadership development program that aims to foster successful student leaders. Íæż½ã½ã LEAD strives to empower students to reach their maximum potential and ultimately get the most from their Íæż½ã½ã experience and beyond.

This program will introduce students to concepts of leadership, emphasizing meaningful connections amongst peers and other members of the Íæż½ã½ã community, and provide students the tools they need to succeed both personally and professionally. 

Program Details:

• Weekly sessions
  • Sessions will be 1 hour long
  • Mandatory attendance for participants
  • Each session will feature a different leadership topic
• Capstone Requirement
  • At the end of the semester, participants must give a presentation to complete the program
  • Details about the required content of the capstone presentation will be given out toward the end of the semester
