Cheer Team Clinics

Íæż½ã½ã Cheer clinics are closed to the public. Parents, families, and spectators will not be allowed in the gym during class.

Fall 2024 Cheer Clinic

Date: October 27, 2024
Time: 3 pm - 5 pm 
Attire: Athletic wear, shorts, and cheer or tennis shoes. No loose clothing. Bring your own water bottle.
Location: Sheila Umphrey Recreational Sports Center
Registration Fee: $30
Age: 4th through 12th grade

During Fall Clinic, cheerleaders will focus on:

• Stunting
• Tumbling (based on ability)
• Tips and techniques for tryouts
• Ask questions to our coaching staff and current team members during our Q & A portion at the end of the workshop

Try Out Attire for Females

• Solid Black, White, or Red Sports Bra
• Solid Black Spandex Shorts
• Hair Out of Face
• Bow is optional
• Cheer Shoes or Athletic Shoes
• "Gameday" Makeup, Red Lipstick is preferred

Try Out Attire for Males

• Solid Red, White, or Black T-shirt
• Solid Black or Red Shorts
• Cheer Shoes or Athletic Shoes
