The MAPP has been published by Íæż½ã½ã as a guide to the policies and procedures that direct the University's administrative practices in the following areas: Budget and Financial Planning, Campus Operations, Facilities Management, Financial Services, Human Resources (HR), and Planning and Construction.
The administrative policies and procedures of the University are subject to federal and State of Texas laws, statutes, and regulations and to the Texas State University System (TSUS) Rules and Regulations. These administrative policies and procedures have been developed to ensure compliance with these higher authorities.
If there is a conflict between a Íæż½ã½ã administrative policy or procedure and a law, statute, rule, or regulation issued by these higher authorities, the federal, state, or TSUS requirement will take precedence, and the University policy or procedure will be revised to reflect the higher authority.
